  1. Turn off the machine

  2. Before performing this installation, ensure that the Micro-Vu system is turned off.

  3. Toggle the rear power switch into the off position.

  4. Enable the ADIO E-Stop

  5. The ADIO E-Stop enable switch is located on the Logic Board, as shown on the right.

  6. When the switch is in the BYPASS position, the machine will not respond to the ADIO E-Stop input.

  7. Flip this switch to the ENABLED position.

  8. Connect external E-Stop wires to the Logic Board

  9. The ADIO connector is located below the ADIO E-Stop enable switch, as shown in the right-side image below.

  10. A flat-head screwdriver can be inserted into the connector slits to allow wires to be inserted and removed.

  11. Pin 9 (ESTOP SIG) is the ADIO E-Stop input. When connected to ground (pin 10), the machine will fault.

  12. Pin 9 and pin 10 should be connected with a normally closed switch. The ADIO E-Stop input is active while the switch is open and inactive while the switch is closed.
