  1. Loosen all 5 screws, including the jacking screw (might be covered by plastic cable tie).Re-adjust the motor gear front screw holding the plastic cable tie that covers the jacking screw.

  2. Loosen the screw mounted vertically that holds the zoom motor.

  3. Tighten the jacking screw, to be able to move the motor away from the zoom.

  4.   Position the motor gear, where it is slightly touching the zoom gear.

    • There are 4 screws attaching the motor gear to the zoom cell gear.

    • The screw at the center is the jacking screw, which pushes the motor gear in and out.

  5. Tighten the 4 screws in conjunction with the jacking screwthe screw mounted vertically and adjust the height of the motor gear with respect to the zoom gear.

  6. Adjust the jacking screw to make the motor gear engage with the zoom gear.
    *The jacking screw should not be forced into the part. It will damage the surface of the zoom assembly.

  7. The goal is to have both the motor and zoom gear to rotate smoothly while having a small play between the two gears.
    *The gears might slip if the screws are too loose.
