Cameras should be already programmed to the default settings.
The only setting you should adjust is white balance. To do so, focus on the light calibration target using high magnification (a piece of white paper will work too if you don't have the lights calibration target handy), select the ringlight, and turn auto lights on. Press " WHITE BAL" once and save the setting to ONEPUSH.
CCD (JAI) Default Settings
White Balance – Onepush (The camera has to be in focus on a white surface, preferably the lights calibration target)

· AGC setting – Move the cursor to the min then
push the up button 4 times (about 25%)
