  1. Loosen all 5 screws, including the jacking screw (might be covered by plastic cable tie).

  2. Re-adjust the motor gear where it is slightly touching the zoom gear.

    • There are 4 screws attaching the motor gear to the zoom cell gear.

    • The screw at the center is the jacking screw, which pushes the motor gear in and out.

  3. Tighten the 4 screws in conjunction with the jacking screw.
    *The jacking screw should not be forced into the part. It will damage the surface of the zoom assembly.

  4. The goal is to have both the motor and zoom gear to rotate smoothly while having a small play between the two gears.
    *The gears might slip if the screws are too loose.
