• Green= OK.
• Red= Unconfigured (see status LED #6). Over current detected on axis.

LED Bank

24V_Main

• Illuminated LED indicates the machine is powered.
• Not illuminated indicated the the machine is not powered. (anything else?)

24_MOT

• Illuminated LED indicates the motors are powered?
• Not illuminated LED indicates failure to configure board or a fault/E-stop has occurred?

24V/5V LOCAL

• Illuminated LED indicates, the board subsystems are powered and board is booted (ready to operate?)
• Not illuminated LED indicates

LED 

Status LED:

• Is Green when the board is properly configured and no faults have occurred.
• If Status LED does not go green (what are the options? off or green?) after powering up machine, there is likely an issue with the amplifier board, logic board or cable between them.

Fuse

Fuse size based on machine model:

• 10A FUSE item #S81152095 used on Vertex 261,341,342.
• 30A FUSE item #S81152105 used on Excel 51X 70X, 90X, 130X, 170X, 2500.
