Zoom Repair/Refurbish Exchange
Micro-Vu offers two options
- Zoom Refurbish Exchange
Exchange defective zooms with fixed zooms through the zoom refurbish exchange program. It would cost approximately $950.00 USD list price each and includes a 90-day warranty.
- Zoom Repair
Have the defective zoom repaired by the manufacturer. The exact cost is unknown, but it averages around $900.00 USD.
The zoom exchange program is NOT applicable to the following conditions:
Zooms that have already been repaired with spare parts.
Zoom that cannot be repaired
Issue RMA for Defective Zoom Lens
The following information needs to be provided:
The zoom owner
The zoom’s item number
Reference (machine s/n, sales order number, or zoom serial number)
The action needed: zoom repair or zoom refurbish exchange
