Transfer InSpec Classic Settings and Calibrations to a New PC
InSpec Classic settings and calibrations are stored in the program data directory C:\ProgramData\Micro-Vu Corporation\InSpec for Windows. The files in this path should be backed up and copied to a new PC in order to retain settings and calibrations.
Note that the ProgramData folder is hidden by default in Windows. Enable showing “Hidden items” in Windows explorer to make it visible.
Copy the entire InSpec for Windows folder to the same location on the new PC to apply the settings and calibrations. Take care to ensure that the correct file permissions are applied or InSpec Classic may not work correctly.
