Collect InSpec Diagnostics without InSpec Interface

This procedure is only needed if the InSpec main interface is unable to open or unusable. If the main interface is available, use the Diagnostic wizard in the software under Help → Collect Diagnostics…
Navigate to the InSpec installation directory:
C:\Program Files\Micro-Vu\InSpec.Find and run
InSpecDiag.exe. A console window will pop up and information will be collected. This may take several minutes.When the console window closes, you can find the diagnostics in your personal Documents folder, e.g.
C:\Users\<Your Username>\Documents. It will be called InSpecDiagYYYYMMDDHHMMSS.zip. Collect it and submit it to Micro-Vu Support.
