Disable Energy Saver Settings
All energy saver setting should be disabled in the computer.
In the Windows menu search for Control Panel and double click on it.
Click on Hardware and Sound and choose Power Options.
Click on Change when the computer sleeps option from the left pane and choose Never from the drop down menu for both the options available there.
Click on Save changes.
