Problem

InSpec displays no camera image.

InSpec Classic displays the camera image, without issues.

Troubleshooting A

  1. Attempt to reconnect the machine by going to Machine > Machine Library, selecting the connected machine, and clicking Connect.

  • If this does not resolve the problem proceed to Troubleshooting B.

Troubleshooting B

  1. Open Motorscope (Motorscope Access) and go to the testing page by clicking on View > Testing.

  2. Open the Synchronization Settings and enable the CAM1_OUT1 (Rising) sync signal.

  3. Set the LB → ZB Channel Output Trigger Mode to Periodic at 28Hz.

  4. Enable CAM1_OUT1 on Channel 1.

  5. Click Okay then click Apply Sync Settings. You should see some information counting up, indicating the triggering is active.
