For Sol System:
The logic board C8069245 causes camera lag on Sol systems when using Windows 10. We will replace the logic board in warranty if the machine was purchased between 2010 - 2011.
Generally, the fix through the machine.ini file works well for the Vertex and Excel machines but not for the SOL.
For Vertex and Excel:
Machine.ini fix consists of adding the following to the file and saving it:
[WDM Grabber]
Disable CPU Idle=1
