Camera error: failed to recover camera stream

Solution

This is most likely a USB 3.0 cable connection problem so please try the following:

  1. Close InSpec and power off the machine

  3. Remove the machine Z cover

  4. Unplug the short cable that connects the camera with the zoom logic board on the left side of the Vertex Z beam

  • Remove the machine Z cover;
  • No labels
