Warranty Policy Against Zoom Lens Failure

Micro-Vu's formal policy is that the zoom lenses are wear items and therefore excluded
from our warranty.

We currently rely mostly on dealers to educate users as to proper use of the zoom lens (minimizing magnification changes in automated programs).

Typically, if we identify that a failure within the warranty period was not caused by excessive cycling, we will offer a zoom lens at no charge.
