The zoom board is item #SC8060226 used in Vertex 261, 34X and Excel 51X, 70X, 90X, 130X, 170X, 2500 models.

LED Bank

Board input and subsystems power

24V –  Board input power indicator:

  1. Illuminated LED indicates the board has power.
  2. Not illuminated LED indicates the board has no power. Check fuse #2 and/or power from motor amplifier board.

5V & 3.3V Board subsystem power indicator:

  1. Illuminated LED is the expected behavior.
  2. Not illuminated LED and #3 24V is illuminated indicates the zoom board or a component connected to the zoom board is defective.

LED Bank

Board firmware state indicators:

  1. Both LEDs flashing indicate nominal state.
  2. An always on or always off (not flashing) on either LED indicates firmware failure or lack of power.
