This is most likely a problem with the camera.

Please follow the steps to rule out the cause:

  1. Check if the cable connecting the camera with the logic board is loose.

  2. Check the USB cable is connected to the USB video converter with the computer.

  3. Download IC capture:
    https://www.theimagingsource.com/support/downloads-for-windows/end-user-software/iccapture/

  4. Plug the camera directly into the PC and test if the camera works fine through IC capture.

  1. If the camera does works using IC Capture:

    Replace the logic board

 

  1. If the camera does NOT work using IC Capture:

    Replace the current camera
