    These steps help to diagnose and collect helpful information when encountering camera issues while using a Micro-Vu machine.

    This article applies to Post 2020 Machines

    This procedure should only be performed by authorized Micro-Vu dealers

     Instructions

    Follow the instructions below to bypass the breakout board and connect the camera straight to the logic board.

    1. Power off machine

    2. Remove the Z-axis cover

    3. Unplug the USB connector 1A from the zoom breakout board

       

    4. Unplug the USB connector 2A from the camera

       

    5. Plug USB connector 1A into the camera

    6. Power on Machine

    7. Download IC Capture: IC Capture - Image Acquisition and Image Measurement 2.5.1557.4007

    8. Open InSpec or ICcapture to test camera connection
