Color Camera Replacement

Turn off the machine and remove the Z cover.

Unplug the ring light and remove the sheet metal camera cover.

Note the orientation of the camera and the direction it is pointed. Loosen all three par-centric adjustment screws and remove the camera and camera mount.

Unscrew the camera from the mount and replace it with the new camera.  Mount the camera in the same orientation as the older camera.

Reinstall in the opposite steps, but do not install the sheet metal camera cover at this time.

Open InSpec and check that the new camera is working.

Perform the par-centric adjustment.

Turn off the machine and close InSpec.  Reinstall the camera cover and the ringlight.

Turn on the machine and open InSpec.

Select the highest magnification setting, focus on the lights calibration target, select the surface ringlight and push the auto-light button.

On the top of the camera, push the center button to bring up the camera menu which will be displayed in the camera view in InSpec.

Using the bottom button move down to the White Balance setting and push the center button.  Note:  The White balance setting should be set at "Push Lock".

When the camera is finished adjusting the light select SAVE ALL option and push the center button.

Select Exit.

Run the optics and lights calibrations.
